Regarding your article on "positive attitude", I agree that it most likely does prolong a person's life for the very reasons stated in the piece. However, I should think that it would be difficult to maintain a positive outlook 24/7. We all have doubts about one thing or another and doubts are not positive.I consider myself to be a positive, happy person, but negativity has a way of insinuating itself from time to time. The outcome, regardless of how it is handled is not always positive ,thereby causing stress. The article did not make mention of heredity as a factor in longevity. Surely, ancestry must play a part when assessing the length of one's life. I have known some extremely negative people who survived well into their 80's and older. These are just my thoughts. Keep up the good work. I look forward to checking out your blog every couple of days to see what's new for us seniors.
